ACCOMMODATION

The estate has two properties available to rent for short-term rental, Edradynate House and Aodin, both set in some of the most stunning surroundings Perthshire has to offer, with spectacular southerly views.

Fishing

We have 5 rods on one and a half miles of both banks of the river Tay, regarded by many as the most pristine and picturesque stretch of the Upper Tay. By arrangement with fishing tenant/gillie.

Shooting

Highly regarded pheasant and partridge shoot, in a beautiful upland and lowland setting, and adaptable to accommodate medium to large days, with or without accommodation and catering. Simulated clay days are also available.

Stewardship

We are constantly working to achieve a harmonious synergy between all the different facets of the estate – farming, forestry, shooting, holiday rentals, residents, and the environment.
